Pre-orders

Our silk scarves are made by hand, which means that as soon as we receive an order our talented team of artisans start to work. The printing, dying and stitching processes all take many weeks to complete, resulting in a divine and unique hand made silk scarf.

Pre-orders will start to be delivered in February 2019, so expect to receive a parcel from us from then. If you have not heard from us by March 2019 please do not hesitate to contact us on info@englisheccentrics.com

Purchases

It might be possible to change your order, however it depends on the stage of the process. If you would like to make an amend please email us on info@englisheccentrics.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

All payments are made securely through Paypal.

Yes, all of our payments are processed in a safe and secure manner using our payment provider Paypal.

Our online shopping checkout does not require you to have a Paypal account. Although all our transactions are managed via Paypal, you have the option to securely use a debit or credit card for payment. You may also email us on info@englisheccentrics.com to organise an alternative payment option.

If you are unhappy with your item then we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To organise a return please email us on info@englisheccentrics.com

On rare occasions we may have to cancel your order. This may happen before or after the payment was taken from your account. Where a refund is payable we will always refund you via the original payment method.

We are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to change your item please kindly return your item for a refund and purchase the desired item. If the item you have received is faulty we are able to process an exchange; please email info@englisheccentrics.com for more information.

Delivery

We hope that all orders are delivered within 5 working days from purchase. Please note that delivery is undertaken by a third party and is subject to their conditions, meaning that in some cases it may take longer.

It might be possible to change your order, however it depends on the stage of the process. If you would like to make an amend please email us on info@englisheccentrics.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

UK: £5.00
Europe: £8.00
Rest of world: £20.00

Yes, all of our deliveries require a signature.

We ship our products to the UK, Europe, USA and China.

If your order is shipped within the UK or EU then duties will be paid, for other countries you may incur a charge.
